Can man only live to 120 years old? Genesis 6

In Genesis 6 God says to Noah that man's days will be numbered to 120 years. Does this mean we can't live any longer? Is it a prophecy of the timeline of all of history? Find out what the Dead Sea Scrolls have to do with this!
